②原中国护照（出境前往国外留学及入籍时所持用）。如入籍姓名等资料变更的，缴验该国有关机构出具变更证明（外文材料须经中国驻该国使领馆认证和翻译）。申请人如同时持有香港或澳门身份证的，需提供香港或澳门入境事务管理部门出具的《不具有中国国籍说明书》。如另有联系人，需要提交联系人身份证明复印件。

②税务机关出具的个人所得税缴纳证明（纳税时间应为申请之日前连续4年）；

③现工作单位出具的推荐函原件（推荐函应注明申请人已在广东工作满4年、工资性年收入和年缴纳个人所得税达到规定标准等内容，并明确推荐其申请）；

④外国专家证或外国人就业证或外国人工作许可证（有效时间段应为申请人申请之日前连续4年，证件上有关任职单位、职务及个人情况等信息应与任职证明等有关证明一致）。外国人工作许可证需打印证件上二维码信息（有效时间段应为申请人申请之日前连续4年所持用的外国护照）；

⑤任职单位的注册登记证明（如营业执照副本、事业单位法人证书等）和加盖公章的网上年度报告（深圳可上amr.sz.gov.cn网站“商事主体登记及备案信息查询单”打印)，并经受理部门核实；如任职单位是外商投资企业的，还须提交外商投资企业批准证书或外商投资企业设立备案回执、外商投资企业变更备案回执。上述材料有效时间段应为申请人申请之日前连续4年，且与申请人任职时间相对应，复印件须加盖公章；

⑥申请在华永久居留身份证信息采集表（受理窗口领取）。

⑤ The registration certificate of the employer (such as a copy of the business license, legal representative certificate of the public institution, etc.) and the online annual report stamped with the official seal (which can be printed on the "Commercial Entity Registration and Filing Information Query Form" on the amr.sz.gov.cn website in Shenzhen), and verified by the acceptance department; If the employer is a foreign-invested enterprise, they must also submit the foreign-invested enterprise approval certificate, the foreign-invested enterprise establishment record receipt, and the foreign-invested enterprise change record receipt. （4）任职人员配偶，须提交：①结婚证或经公证的婚姻关系证明（结婚证上登记证件号是护照号码的，缴验当时使用的护照原件），外文材料须经中国驻该国使领馆认证和翻译，证明及认证的出具时间应在受理之日前6个月内。国内结婚证需提交双方证件（加入外国籍后仍以原国内身份证登记结婚的，须更改结婚证件信息）；②在深圳工作的任职人员的有效护照及《外国人永久居留身份证》；与在深圳工作的任职人员同时申请的，无须提交《外国人永久居留身份证》。
