Tips：Why is the time gap so large?

If no criminal match is shown, proof of no criminal record can be obtained within 3 days or less.

The certification process can take up to four months if more investigations are required or if criminal suspects are found.

Tips：Mail application will not be accepted; documents applying for certification shall be bound in a way that is not easy to be removed and replaced, such as sealing with fire paint, stamping with seal on the perforation or steel seal.
